Toronto Becomes First City To Endorse the Vienna Declaration

So this is our very first post. It's about time we made a blog and had some sort of web presence. Our union is now over 80 members but most of us don't use the internet, have email or know how. We have to leave it to the members with access and the ability to use the net.
